Top routes would definitely be the Kangaroo routes (LHR-Australia). Considering the amount of congestion at Heathrow and the lack of slots, the A380 makes perfect sense. More people for one slot.
As another thought, it couls be used to fly lhr-JFK. by combining more than one flight onto one A380, slot/s could be freed up.
