With the very limited availability in the award fares, there is no point in setting up a "two for one" offer. You'd be hard pressed to find two available award seats on the booking engine in the first place.

On the other hand, maybe they set award seats apart for an August promo, but I am not giving them the benefit of the doubt until I see it.
