The not being online is crazy. I want to access my account to compare with my expense reports but I have to wait for the hard copy to arrive. I should not have to write down every purchase I make in a month just to know what I have spent so make things easier for me I have stopped using this card for personal purchases so that I know my balance is 100% work related. I used to charge everything I could on it so I guess they are now losing out on about 30% of my purchases.

Then again, I pay my bill on time every month so they don't really like folks like me anyways
