Oh my. KLM and pin codes...

For reasons completely beyond me, KLM are unable of getting right something so generic as a user/password combination. So this is this still going by snail mail only? In my view, this has never worked right. I've had many issue in the past obtaining PIN codes for our KLM FF accounts and getting them to work. The oldest email I could find dates back to 15 December 1998...

Please take your time and be very patient. Putting in requests for a new PIN code too often, too soon, may lead to the effect that it starts working with pin code X, but then a few days later stops working, because they have processed another of your requests and activated pin code Y. Then you receive pin code Y (or not) and they start creating pin code Z, and so on...
