Martinis at 8, here is a picture of my amazing family. We are all HWP and all have different body types. Most important of all is that we all enjoy glowing good health, praise God! We also all eat very healthily. Our doc (who is a sports medicine specialist) says that Hunki and I are in better shape than 99.5% of all 60+ people he has ever seen. I hope that you enjoy such amazing good health when you pass 60.

We, BTW, do a sculpt session including push-ups, weight lifting, lunges and squats, three days a week, and a sweat session including a warm up, power yoga, aerobics, cool down and crunches on the alternate three days a week--even when we are on the road. We also dance and walk lots and lots and lots whenever we can.

I do agree with you that the majority of Americans, especially those over 40 are overweight, underfit, and eat way too much garbage. That does not mean, however, that a certain height can only be very healthy at a certain weight. Hunki for instance is 6'3" tall and weighs 185. The are many men who at 6'3" tall weigh 250 and are in equally good shape. There is a broad range of body types that can be perfectly fit and healthy.
