We got our lovely new Flying Blue Ivory cards over a month ago and couldn't remember our Pin numbers, so we applied for new ones.
Finally the new ones arrived late last week. But after entering the details in, it didn't work - for either of us. Tried on different browsers (IE, NS, FF) and still no joy.
Has anyone else had this problem? I even tried typing our old FD numbers in as well with the new pins and that didn't work. Should I just request a new PIN or actually try to contact the helpdesk and complain?
