Last time I flew 142 (and every other time as well) the meals were breakfast followed by a snack.

two weeks ago in Business it was breakfast and snack.
the breakfast did have one chicken option for those wanting something more lunchy. I had the eggs w/french toast which were quite reasonable for airborne food.
the snack was pretty worthless.
