No problem at all. Rule of thumb is that countries still at war with Israel don't like their stamps either. Syria is by far the worst (passport aside, anything containing Hebrew wording in your baggage is grounds for denying entry), Lebanon, Iran and Saudi Arabia are close behind. Other Gulf states are more hit or miss, although UAE is generally no problem. Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco are also fine.
