NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Beginning on June 7, 2005 through October 2, 2005, visit www.NabiscoWorld.com, click on the “Fig Newtons Bike Adventure Sweepstakes” link and follow the on-screen instructions to register and enter. Limit one entry per registered user per day.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 10, 2005 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Promotions.com, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARVs): (1) Grand Prize: a pair of Schwinn® Rocket™ Comp Mountain Bikes and a trip for two to Mountain Bike through the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Prize consists of roundtrip, coach air transportation for two (2) from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV; 5-days/4-nights professionally guided Escape Adventures Mountain Bike Tour; all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner); full suspension bike rental for two (2); camping gear rental for two (2); ground transportation between airport and Mountain Bike Tour. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,968. Winner and guest must be available to travel on the same itinerary or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All travel arrangements and accommodations at the discretion of the Sponsor. Travel is subject to availability and must be completed one year from date of winner notification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents prior to ticketing. If a minor wins, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor to any trip/event. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open to residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, Inc., their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the judges reserve the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
