Huh?? Erm.. the excessive waiting, crappy service, running into attention-seeking sister duos, screaming baby who wouldn't stop for an hour, crappy lounge, crappy food when you're really hungry, and not getting value for money (this I admit I might've been spolit by SQ)... do these reasons suffice?? Yeah it was a pretty much horrid experience.

Oh I forgot to add that the uglier sister of the sister duo glared at the screaming baby pretty much when the flight touched down and was taxiing to the gate, and commented pretty inconsiderably for the rest of us to hear about how she wants to pound the baby with the fist to see whether the baby'll shut up 'coz "she paid so much to sit in Business Class" and didn't think she had to put up with it.
