You can always turn it into a 1-way so it is 1xzone7 instead of 2xzone4. In this case lhr-bda-lhr-man for example, I presume this is valid and would save almost 8K points, but who knows how these rules are applied? I only plan on redeeming 1-way on QF so it works for me.
