Took 4 days to process the re-issue (we are talking a full fare J class booking here) and only after numerous phone calls.
And, guess what ??
It has been wrongly re-issued. The J2 out J1 back has been converetd to a J2 return despite my specifically explaining to the res agent that I did not want this change made, when she suggested it.
It seems that anything beyond the most basic is beyond the general level of comeptence. So much for e-tickets simplifying everyone's life
