I am sure there have been many postings debating the merits of allowing the use of Cell Phones while an airline is in flight. My question, instead, is what do the Flyertalk community think is going to happen.

According to many insiders and experts- it is only a few years away from happening. Not because most travelers want it (they don't) but because there is so much money to be made by allowing Cell Phones in flight. Money always comes out first- regardless of public opinion.

So, what do you expect to happen in the end (regarding cell phones during the flight)???
