For the negative experience you have encountered at the Kites bar we are really sorry and there are no excuses to justify the attitude of the waitress who was using a mobile phone while on duty. In fact following your remarks we have issued a new mobile phones policy throughout the hotel to ensure that the guest care and satisfaction continue to be the priority for all of our associates.
