Haven't stayed at either but attended conventions, lunched, etc. at both. The GH is absolutely the nicer property, and not just because it's new while the Westin can seem kind of threadbare here and there. A fair amount of convention business at the Westin, and when they have 'em going the place is swarming. You never feel that way at the GH, which seems far more oriented to caring for individual guests. I agree the Hyatt is in a class by itself in this town.
