Something that might work..... If I log in through the KLM website, using the 'lower' of the 2 login options on the page, I get a message telling me to choose another PIN. But if I then, from that message, click on the 'upper' of the login options (the one of the very top right corner of the page), it all works fine and logs me in OK.
