Since FT has been so helpful with dining advice, and I plan on being in a number of different places this summer, here is another one:

BOISE, IDAHO

As before, we are most interested in restaurants with a "local" flavor, a hangout people might frequent for good food, rather than a fancier place. What is the local speciality? Potatoes?!?!

My only dining experience in Boise was a burger (tasty) at a bar in a trendy club neighborhood that I don't recall the name of. That and the chain "Arctic Circle" in that region of the country, which I like for "fry sauce"!!
