They went into the KLM system and got me 9B/C which were the seats that I wanted but the NW site is not reflecting those seat assignments. It is still showing as no seat assignment even though I called back and re-confirmed my seats are in the KLM system. Should I be concerned? I'm pretty sure there have been reports on FT of elites getting booted out of 9B/C at the last minute and replaced with off-duty KL employees or their family members. You may want to choose a slightly less desirable seat if you want to be sure you can keep it. If you really want 9B/C, you may indeed need to call back on a regular basis to confirm you still have it. Unless you can get your KL confirmation number and look up your flight through klm.com?
