Norri, I am in the same situation, my pincode is refused even tho it is the correct one, from what I could understand it's a problem faced by many customers, and the answer from the operator was to wait that it's back to normal again (wild guess: did they do that in purpose to avoid too many people to log in simultaneously?). She said the old pincode would work again this week, but it's not the case. Plus, when you try you risk to be locked out for 24 hrs.

Calling is not an option (since this weekend, no operator answer and we get a poor quality automated system), neither is using the web form to contact them (you first need to log in). Only solutions: fax or postal mail :-( Or wait.
