Actually, and much to my chagrin, the use of a preposition at the end of a sentence is now completely acceptable. I don't like it, but current grammarians have conceded that the "don't end a sentence with a preposition" rule was actually arbitrary, and it has, basically, been rescinded.
As to the first sentence, others have posted below that it need not be a question, depending upon intended intonation and inflection, but an exclamation point would have made that more clear.
