I tried to use a SWU to upgrade my redeye from LAX to BOS last night but didn't clear the upgrade list despite being 1k. I applied for the upgrade online and the SWU was held with the 'reserved' status. But it hasn't been credited back to my e-upgrades summary showing that it was used. Clearly it wasn't used 'cos I sat in 11C on a 100% full flight.

Has anyone else had this happen? I've contacted the 1kvoice to have them rectify the situation.
