As #6 said, you should, yes. Most are pretty good about it but you will have some that will want to shoo you over to whatever lounge you're "supposed" to be using. But, yes, a F ticket should get you into whatever Oneworld lounge you want with one exception which is third party lounges. Here is an example. You're flying on airline A which has its own dedicated, non-third party lounge. Airline B also flies out but uses a third party contract lounge. You will not be able to use the airline B contract lounge with an F ticket on airline A. Hope that makes sense.
