most arab countries, or lets say the gulf and north african ones, don't care if you have been to israel, they don't want a stamp in your passport. the fact that, logically, you have an exit stamp in your passport from jordan or egypt and it infirs that you were in israel doesn't worry them. I wouldn't try that with iran or syria, though.
