Thanks for the good news! The annoying thing is I am certain I was not using the wrong PIN, I was able to log in on the Monday morning, but not in the evening, I have been using the same PIN for several years with FD with no problem, so I am pretty sure I didn't get it wrong.
So now I should wait 5 weeks if nothing happens, I call again and wait another 5 weeks? Life is too short!
