Charterhouse Hotel on the edge of Wanchai... about 5 minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR. REALLY NICE, clean, cozy, boutique type hotel that was renovated recently. About HKD500 (@US$65) around this time of year. Check their wensite at http://www.charterhouse.com/.

Wife and I stay there 4 nights every March. Definately worth a try!
