Flying Dutchman was an excellent program with an evocative name and, IMHO, a harmless sense of humor coming from a well-meaning, slightly clumsy entity.

Perhaps was I more lucky than others, but came out ahead in all the mistakes made by the FD Helpdesk over the years, and never had my luggage misplaced by KLM
