When I go to Hong Kong, at least once a year, I book my hotels with a travel agency located in my local Chinatown. They have the lowest rates I've ever been able to find. Typically business class hotels, not 5 star, but very sufficient for me, and I DO have standards.

I'm sure that there are many agencies in Toronto's Chinatown. Most hotels that my agency offers are listed on the web site listed above, so it's a good way to compare.
