I was unable to get my seat selections on the NW site through either method of viewing reservations so I called the elite line. They went into the KLM system and got me 9B/C which were the seats that I wanted but the NW site is not reflecting those seat assignments. It is still showing as no seat assignment even though I called back and re-confirmed my seats are in the KLM system. Should I be concerned? The flight is 89 days away and I don't want to have to call everyday to re-confirm. Any suggestions? Anyone had a similar situation? Any help would be appreciated.
