Ouch! And award flights are pretty pricey too. How's this for a rip off for a 2,500 mile flight using QF points: 58,500 for economy roundtrip or 108,500 for business! (Compare this to the 35,000 AC Aeroplan miles it is costing us for the 3,889 mile SYD-AKL-PPT roundtrip. The long-suffering QF rep was not amused when I pointed this out. )
