The Scandic Hotel Kramer in Malmo is a nice hotel and I do it quite often since it's nicer than the Scandics in Copenhagen and priced better than the Hilton Copenhagen (at the airport). And with trains running every 20 minutes for the entire day and a good part of the night, Malmo works well for me.
