Recently, flying JFK CDG in Y (I'm FP Red), I was upgraded to B. Does anybody know AF's upgrade policy/practices? What parameters do they take into account beyonf the obvious like seat availability and FF status? Check-in time/sequence? Last free upgrade? Any practical knowledge of the rules? Who has decision power?
