Further to my original post, I assumed that the lady who hung up on me was not likely to send me a new pin, so I called again and spoke to a very pleasant gent who said there had been a mistake and I would have my new pin by email within the hour. Some hours later - no pin, so I called again, maybe we should get EQMs for the amount of € spent on the phone, anyway I spoke to another very pleasant chap who said email is not possible only post. He checked my address and assured me that he would mail the pin,so far I am still waiting. Unfortunately I am now waiting in Canada where I will be for the next month, luckily Mrs Norri is still home, and will let me have the pin when it arrives, possibly she will send it by email, do you think this will be safe?
It is easier to deal with my bank, where the security issues are more important.
Who would steal FB miles anyway, they are becoming increasingly difficult to use!
