I too have been waiting for my 2500 miles to post since May 6. I logged a ticket with their customer support and got no response. So I did some investigating and found their phone number. I called them, and spoke with the rep (I think there's only one) and she said they'd call me back the next day. They didn't, so I'm going to call back later today. I'll keep you updated.
