Went into the SK lounge at ARN last sunday and was disappointed to see the drop in service. Compared to the lounge in EWR and ORD and even the next door novia lounge it is not really outstanding. The internet computer keyboards were disgustingly dirty!

I can understand SK reducing lounge service in ARN as they have plenty of EBGs there due to the various promos they ran in sweden.
