The best UA meal that I ever had was in F on an LGA-ORD flight actually! I am a breakfast guy (and this was pre-Atkins for me), and there was a combo plate with caramel french toast, eggs and some breakfast meats. My son was with me and he couldn't believe how good it was either (he was 7 at the time)!
The best meal ever on a plane was the Petrossian of Paris caviar on the Concorde JFK-LHR. Nothing beats it when the F/A walks over and says "You seem to be low on toast points, Mr. Meducate; let me get you some more and allow me to top off your champagne while I am at it." Man, do I miss that!
The best food service style is the Freedom service on Virgin Upper Class. Eat what you wany when you want and as much as you want. What's better the
