Actually any scrambled eggs in the sky is pretty horrid. Even in SQ or CX F with their freshly scrambled eggs taste like eggbeaters from a prison soupkitchen when made in the sky.... I try to avoid all egg dishes for breakfast whenever possible...

Back on the subject, one of the best dishes I have had on UA was on a LAX-HNL flight a few years ago. They served a macadamia nut crusted chicken designed by Sam Choy. Funny thing was that when I went to the Sam Choy restaurant in Honolulu, the same dish there looked and tasted horrible.
