Have a very long trip planned this coming October flying and wanted to know what kind of assistance and service one can expect. My partner has a great fear of flying and airports and when we have travelled with Virgin and found them to be exceptionally helpful. My biggest concerns really are the transfers and the waiting at airports and wanted to try and manage expectations.

Is their ground assistance with transfer at Los Angeles & Guatemala, what should I do to request this? Will we have to get of and wait at Guatemala? What can one expect of the onboard service with United to Costa Rica, we have reserved the 1 A & C?
