Alternatively, what is remotely personal about a FlyerTalker sincerely asking, "What are the reasons for which a Moderator can ban a FlyerTalk member?" What possible reason could there be for forbidding such a question?

I think these types of questions really do need to be addressed and clarified, as people are sometimes banned where there is no apparent TOS violation, while clear TOS violations are allowed to stand.

The clearer and more specific the rules, the better it is for all.
