how to complain about KLMs customer service and get a response?
I've also had trouble with KLM's service in the past. Any tips on getting through to them?

Since 6 June 2005 al previous FD phone numbers in The Netherlands (including the FD Platinum Elite phone number) are disconnected. A tape-recording asks you to call +31 900 040 0252. This number cannot be reached from foreign countries.
The poor Netherlands resident FB members calling the 0 900 040 0252 FB service number get Dutch treatment: Silly music or a radio silence for € 6 per hour. And no agent, not even when you spend over € 12 on extra phone charges and stand the music for over 2 hours.
