However, there is no date of issue on the certificate. There is also a 15 digits number on the bottom. I called UA reservation and they have no clue what's the exact expiration date. Send an email to customer service with the serial number at the bottom and the explanation. They'll be able to tell you if it is expired or not. They also might offer you an exchange for e-certs.
