Ok - looks like I found a way through the muck and mire.

I called the old FD Helpdesk no: +31 20 430 9320 - which is on the back of my old Flying Dutchman card.

Got an automatic reply saying that the number was no longer in use - would I like to cal FB on +33 1 58686868.

Did so - after a long wait actually got a normal human being.

Told him to check out the FB no: +31 09000400252 which is on the back on the new FB card. This number was no use as no options on the menu led to contact with any customer service agents at the time I called.

Also got somebody to send me a new pin number in the post.
