The liquor selection in B/E is what I like to call Domestic+. You get the same selection of booze brands as on DL's domestic flights with a few upgrades. The cognac goes from VS to VSOP, a couple extra brands of liqueurs are added and, although I'm not usually a wine drinker, I've heard that DL steps up the red/white wine quality and selection a notch or two.
Plus you can usually find a port or two and a fairly decent champagne.
But the active ingredient, i.e. demon alcohol, is the same in all booze so no matter what you choose, the end result will be the same.....
