From the Mexicana website it says:

"625 Miles all routes of Air Canada, with exception of fares with discount for flights within Canada, for which a 50% of the flown Miles will be earned. 25% when paying Business Class fare.
The following Classes of service with Tango Airlines would not accrue miles on flights within Canada or between Canada and USA. Class "E", "N", "T", 'G', 'I', 'R' ."

Not sure if they have not updated the website since Tango quit flying as an airline or not.

If possible I would like to top off my Frecuenta account as opposed to Aeroplan.

Anyone know?

Shareholder is correct and it seems that this wording is out of date -- Tango fares are now R/K/N/G/P/E/T. There is no such thing as Tango as an airline and the word Tango only associates with the set of booking classes.
