Is that a statistical statement? If so, it is probably true. I have never flown any of these carriers but I have no doubt that AF are classier than Cubana, Ariana, Air Zimbabwe etc...
I generally have no problem with inflight service either. AF are fine. Not especially good but not especially bad either. But on the ground at CDG. Boy, that is a different matter. In fairness, most airlines are at their worst in their hub. But AF take it to a dimension well above the others. There is a 'no can do' ethics at CDG that takes some beating.
