Without WN, there would be no Song, and there would be no $200 r/t transcon fares. Further, it seems like you would be able to sell your RR voucher on eBay for at least $300, clearing you about $85 cash for using your award ticket.

I didn't say that I was unhappy with WN.
I was unhappy comparing the effort put into the RR award tix to walking up and picking up a very nice fare with practically no effort. They are 2 different things.
Also, I didn't say anything about WN doing anything right...or wrong for that matter.
