You are 20 years too late for Hy's. It was great then, but has slipped (or rested) on its laurels and has been unremarkable for the past decade. Perhaps because Hy died in 1988 and the Hy's restaurants are part of the Keg chain. Pretty good for Keg food, but then you didn't think you were eating at the Keg.
