750 miles or real miles?

Thought the minimum miles for short flights went up from 500 to 750.

Well, playing around with the Miles Finder it looks like under FB rules real miles are credited when connecting.

Example:

BRU-AMS: 750 miles
AMS-DTW: 3920 miles
BRU-AMS-DTW: 3961 miles

Anyone out there (yet) who actually had miles credited under this scheme and can confirm that this is how it works now?

BTW, apparently KLM have found a route from BRU to AMS that is only 41 miles... The Great Circle Mapper comes up with 98 miles for BRU-AMS and 3940 miles for AMS-DTW.
