If I were you, about 5 days before the trip, I'd see if LAX-FRA on LH has become available. It will cost you $100 to change, but it would be worth it to reduce the number of segments and eliminate the taxi ride from LGA-JFK. If you really want SQ from JFK-FRA, apparently UA ps service is sometimes available close to flight dates.
I called SQ to get a seat assignment and apparently the JFK>FRA (and back) has the spacebeds and BTC (book the cook) where you pre-order your meal so I kinda want to try it out. I got seats upstairs too. My plan is to either try to confirm the PS to JFK closer to the date, or look at the loads and standby to JFK. Theres 3 flights that would get me in early enough for the SQ connection so hopefully I should make one of them!
