Yup, I flew first class on an award ticket out of YVR and was told the rule had changed a couple of months ago. Admission is now $30. I don't think I'll be using the board room anymore, although if you upgrade a coach to first class ticket, I believe it is still $15 which is a good deal IMO.

I have to admit, Alaskas boardroom members are great. I've been taken in on several occasions as well, as a guest and I travel for pleasure usually.
