None of the "work-arounds" listed above worked for me.

After I tried those, I even did it the hard way by delete the cookies directly from c:\windows\cookies. There are about (7) cookies from CO.

If you want to see them, go to Start/Find/Files or Folders and look for *continental*.* and *onepass*.*
